Couples Therapy

Whether you're here to rebuild or simply reconnect, we meet you where you are — and guide you forward.
At The Self Love Clinic, we support couples seeking to deepen their bond, strengthen communication, and heal through intentional connection.
We typically begin with two joint sessions to understand your dynamic, relationship goals, and emotional needs. From there, your therapist may recommend one of two tailored paths:
Joint Sessions Only — ideal for couples navigating everyday challenges such as communication breakdowns, parenting stress, or life transitions.
Individual + Joint Sessions — recommended when the relationship is carrying deeper emotional wounds, such as betrayal, anger, or long-standing resentment. In this model, each partner meets individually for 4–6 sessions to explore their own healing before resuming sessions together with greater clarity, accountability, and compassion.
Our approach creates space for both partners to feel seen, heard, and supported — so the relationship can grow from a foundation of emotional safety and mutual respect.
All sessions are virtual. Therapy may be covered by insurance.
Comprehensive

Our comprehensive clinical assessments are the first step in truly seeing you — your story, your stressors, your strengths, and what support looks like for you.
Through a 60–75 minute virtual intake session, we explore your emotional history, current challenges, and therapeutic goals with compassion and curiosity.
From there, we develop your personalized Self-Love + Wellness Plan — a care roadmap that integrates clinical treatment goals, self-care strategies, and lifestyle guidance to support you as a whole person.
Whether you're new to therapy or returning with deeper needs, this is your foundation.
We don’t rush the process — we honor it.
This step is required before beginning therapy at The Self Love Clinic. Most assessments are covered by insurance.
